These terms govern your use of the Morocco Tapestry Tours website and the booking of any tour or travel service with us. By enquiring or booking, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
Booking & confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed your itinerary and received the required deposit. We will send written confirmation with your trip details. Please review it carefully and let us know of any errors straight away.
Prices & payment
Tour prices are quoted per person and confirmed in your itinerary. A deposit secures your dates, with the balance due before travel as stated on your confirmation. Prices may vary until a booking is confirmed, and are subject to availability.
Changes & cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your trip, contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are refundable up to 30 days before departure, with a sliding scale applying closer to travel. Full cancellation terms are provided with your quote. We will always be fair and reasonable where plans change.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for holding valid travel documents, meeting entry requirements, and arranging suitable travel insurance. Please inform us of any medical, dietary or accessibility needs in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Our tours
All tours are private and tailor-made. Occasionally, itineraries may need to be adjusted for reasons beyond our control — such as weather, road conditions or local events — in which case we will offer the closest possible alternative.
Liability
We take great care in selecting our partners and delivering your trip. We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be handled in good faith and, where necessary, under the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
